Beyond the classic tables of the restaurant, we have reserved an intimate space for just 6–8 guests. A dedicated horseshoe-shaped counter, carved from hand-finished solid wood, where the distance between the Chef and you disappears entirely.
Omakase is not simply a lunch or a dinner, but a cultural dialogue, an invitation to absolute trust.
There is no set menu. The chef builds a unique succession of dishes, guided by the inspiration of the moment and the finest ingredients of that day.
Each piece is shaped and offered directly, explained and finely paired with wines, sakes or collectible champagnes. It is an intense experience, an exclusive culinary journey we build together.

The ideal table for the central area of the restaurant or semi-private booths. The menu includes our full seasonal selection, and dishes can be adapted to any food allergies, which we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.
Exclusive experience
An exclusive experience at the traditionally carved counter. Because the Omakase menu relies solely on the fresh catch delivered that morning, dishes cannot be significantly altered during dinner.
While we do not enforce a strict dress code, the atmosphere of the restaurant leans towards smart casual or cocktail attire.
