Not an ostentatious place.
A timeless space.

Oyabun was born of respect for a heritage that changed Japanese dining in Romania. The name, which in Japanese means "protective parent", is our tribute to the man who laid the foundations of this culinary community.

We created a warm, elegant space where natural stone and solid wood give way to the main character: the experience on the plate.
