Not an ostentatious place.
A timeless space.

Oyabun was born of respect for a heritage that changed Japanese dining in Romania. The name, which in Japanese means "protective parent", is our tribute to the man who laid the foundations of this culinary community.

We created a warm, elegant space where natural stone and solid wood give way to the main character: the experience on the plate.

Omakase

Omakase.
I leave it to the Chef.

An intimate counter for just 6–8 guests, where the distance between the Chef and you disappears entirely. There is no set menu, only the inspiration of the moment and the finest ingredients of the day.

Discover Omakase
It does not try to impress you with noise. The quiet, the Irori fire and every plate say it all. We return every time.
Omakase at Oyabun was the most honest meal I have had in years. The chef explains every piece, and time simply disappears.
Impeccable ingredients, treated with rare respect. You can feel the Japanese discipline in every detail.
